At DCSC, we are proud of who we are, where we come from, and where we are headed. Our district is built on strong relationships, high expectations, and a shared commitment to ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Our motto, "Every Student. Every Opportunity.", serves as the foundation for everything we do. We believe every child deserves to be supported, challenged, and inspired throughout their educational journey.

Our mission is to foster strong relationships, high expectations, and meaningful learning experiences so every student is supported, challenged, and prepared for life beyond the classroom. Our vision is to be a destination district recognized for developing capable, confident graduates and cultivating a culture where students and staff thrive.

As a school community, we are committed to putting students first, supporting our people, maintaining high expectations with the necessary support to achieve them, creating safe and welcoming learning environments, embracing continuous improvement, and building strong partnerships with our families and community.

I firmly believe that our greatest strength is our people. The success of our schools is made possible by dedicated staff members, supportive families, engaged students, committed community partners, and a Board of School Trustees that believes in our future. Together, we have accomplished great things, and together, we will continue to move forward.
