In-District Transfers

If you live within the Delphi school district and wish to enroll a student during the school year, please follow the steps below:

1. Contact the school your student(s) will be attending2. Bring the following documentation for registration:3. Complete registration online using Skyward Family Access

• School office personnel will help answer any questions and will schedule an in-person appointment for registration.

• State-issued Birth Certificate
• Proof of Residency
• Current Immunization Records
• Guardianship Papers (if applicable)
• Name of the Previous School
• Transcript or Report Card from Previous School (recommended)
• School office personnel will help you set up a Skyward Family Access account to register your student(s).

2. Bring the following documentation for registration:

• State-issued Birth Certificate
• Proof of Residency
• Current Immunization Records
• Guardianship Papers (if applicable)
• Name of the Previous School
• Transcript or Report Card from Previous School (recommended)

3. Complete registration online using Skyward Family Access

• School office personnel will help you set up a Skyward Family Access account to register your student(s).

Out-of-District Transfers

Delphi is now accepting student transfer applications for the 2026-2027 school year for families living outside of the district!

2026-2027 Student Transfer Application

Please follow the steps below for enrolling a new student:

1. Submit the student transfer application

• Fill out and complete the online transfer application linked above.
• Applications will be reviewed by the principals and/or the superintendent.

2. Schedule a registration appointment

• If accepted, families will be notified and may schedule a time with the office for registration to take place at the school.
