Delphi Community School Corporation (DCSC) is committed to providing a safe environment in which students can learn and shall maintain a nondiscriminatory environment protecting students and staff from discrimination and harassment.
DCSC does not discriminate on the basis of a protected class including, but not limited to race, color, national origin, age, religion, disability, ancestry, sex, military status, transgender status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression in the programs or activities which it operates or the employment therein or admission thereto. DCSC strictly adheres to all nondiscrimination and anti-harassment laws and does not tolerate acts of harassment.
